Hotel Do Frade Golf Resort is right on the beach along the Green Coast south Rio, under "Pico do Frade Mountain". The Hotel's 140 rooms, most facing the sea with balcony, have a telephone, TV, mini bar, air-conditioning and room service.

Frade is famous for its sea side golf and tennis courts. The hotel has an 18-hole golf course with 72 par. There are 7 illuminated courts, including an indoor and two natural grass ones. You can rent a boat or take a schooner tour at the Marina dock.
